Thank you for your purchase from The Intentional Life Studio.

All sales are final Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered. Because our products are delivered instantly and can be accessed, copied, or downloaded immediately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Technical issues We want you to receive exactly what you paid for. If you experience a technical problem — such as a broken or expired download link, a product that won't open, or a duplicate charge — please contact us at hello@intentionallifestudio.com within 14 days of your purchase, and we'll make it right (by re-sending your product, fixing access, or issuing a refund where appropriate).

European Union 14-day cooling-off period If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or request a refund within 14 days of purchase. However, by completing your purchase and accessing the digital product immediately, you acknowledge that delivery has begun and you may waive your right to withdrawal once the product has been accessed or downloaded, in accordance with EU consumer law.
